Evolve Health & Wellness, established in July 2022, is a local Wichita clinic specializing in personalized medical weight loss and holistic health services. Led by Kristin Loyd APRN-DNP, we offer premium-quality treatments with a relatable, compassionate approach that puts your unique needs first.

Our Provider
Kristin A. Loyd, APRN, PhD, BC-ADM
Kristin’s own weight loss journey started long before she began treating patients. Diagnosed with diabetes in 2015, she began using GLP-1 medication herself in 2016 to manage her weight and lower her risk factors — and has personally used GLP-1 therapy ever since, gaining first-hand experience with many different brands and formulations along the way.

In 2021, Kristin launched her own weight loss coaching program. She quickly saw how effective Semaglutide and Tirzepatide were for her clients — and since then, she has become a passionate advocate for GLP-1-guided weight loss, because she’s seen firsthand how much restoring a healthy weight can restore overall health, including:
- Lower risk of type 2 diabetes and better blood sugar control
- Reduced joint strain and improved mobility
- Better sleep and reduced risk of sleep apnea
- Improved blood pressure and cardiovascular health
- More energy, better focus, and improved mental health
- Renewed confidence and quality of life
Kristin is board certified in Advanced Diabetes and Obesity Management (BC-ADM). She’s also a published author of three books, including two cookbooks and a health-tracking journal, and has released 24 free nutrition education videos through Shocker Studios to help make this information accessible to everyone.
